Beyond its guest-facing appeal, The Exchange represents one of the most technically demanding construction scopes within the 270 Park Avenue tower. JRM Construction Management executed advanced coordination and precision engineering to deliver intricate installations, including:
- Custom cooking hoods suspended 28 feet above the food hall
- 27-foot-tall structural studs, craned into position to support massive stone panels
- Over 30,000 square feet of end-grain Bavarian white oak flooring, finished on site
These elements required close collaboration across trades to meet both architectural and operational performance standards.
